As a community-focused church, we welcome a wide variety of local groups, associations and charities into our premises each and every week.

In compliance with Government restrictions, SIMC recommenced lettings to user groups and individuals from July  2021.

Our current charges will stay the same but a review will take place in September 2021 and all groups will be informed of any changes. These will be shown on our website, along with relevant contact details for our lettings.

The spaces we have available for hire include:
• School Room Hall (11m x 8.30m) – used for meetings, concerts, coffee mornings, parties.
• Meeting Room (4.5m x 5.5m) – a smaller room for meetings, with a serving hatch available directly from the kitchen.
• Upstairs Meeting Room (5.5m x 7.3m) – a carpeted space with comfortable seating and a small servery.
• Kitchen – a small kitchen with basic facilities (dishwasher, oven, fridge etc) which can be included as part of hiring premises if you wish to provide simple refreshments.

·Consideration will be given for groups who wish to hire the main Church; this will be at the discretion of the Church Leadership Team.

The building can be accessed via all entrances. There are access ramps at both the entrance to the rear of the Church by the car park and to the front Church entrance; the Main Hall entrance (Community Door) is on level ground.

A loop system for people using hearing aids is available in every room.

There is a Church car park at the rear of the building with 2 spaces allocated for people with disabilities. Parking for other vehicles is only available for evening and weekend events. A large public car park, ‘The Globe Place’ car park, is situated close by in West Street. The car park is Pay and Display 8am – 6pm Monday to Saturday, or free during the evenings and on Sundays.
