When able to hold in-presence worship, Breathe usually takes place on the second Sunday of every month at 7.30pm in the Church hall. Everyone is welcome!
It is an alternative worship service for people who are looking for a creative and engaging place in which to think about God. Some people who come along have been Christian forever-and-a-day, some would struggle to identify themselves as Christian and some are just looking for a place to reflect on spirituality.
There is always some music which is ambient and chilled. It is a very visual service: creative, challenging and comforting. It has been described as: ‘wondrous meets ordinary’; ‘magical’; ‘something for the soul’.
There is usually a theme to reflect on, something to do (optional) and often an art installation. There will be singing or chanting, a short talk, with time for coffee and cake at the end.
